The center is a combination of some Jean Hilton stitches. I did a layered cross stitch over 4 threads using 5 or 6 different different threads (I can't remember exactly). That stitch is in her Puzzle Purse Book. Inside that is a Jessica and then finally a nest of beads in the center. I'm not sure I like the color of the Jessica. I used a Frosty Rays there.
