Jane stitched this glasses case in 1993 for her godmother. Jane took her inspiration from the Wedgewood which her godmother collected. It was stitched in Paternayan wool on 22 count canvas in continental and basketweave with modified Scotch stitch for the blue background.
This lion is being worked in wool. He will eventually be sitting on a pedestal.
