Cream Aida 12 fabric.
Start with the outline in DMC 890, dark green.
Filling stitches, except the eyelets, in Anchor Marlitt shade 852 medium green. Double running stitch gives a neater appearance than backstitch.
Eyelets in two strands of yellow blending filament, Madeira Glissengloss rainbow shade 407. Be careful about carrying thread from one eyelet to the next, thread it underneath the other filling stitches on the back of the work so that it does not create shadows. I chose not to pull the eyelets as the stitching was mounted on a card with padding underneath.
