| What if I stitched rectangles instead of squares? Working out the numbers to get rectangles that have a 2:1 ratio on the sides wasn't easy. The rectangles are stitched in perle cotton from Impressions. The herringbone border uses Neon Rays from Rainbow Gallery. |

| The obvious next step was to mix squares and rectangles. The border is stitched with Rayon 2 from Stef Francis. |
